  • What are your hours of operation?
    All four of MasterPark's SeaTac parking lots are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays to serve you.
  • How often do shuttles drop-off and pick-up?
    When customers arrive to drop their cars off at MasterPark, our SeaTac Airport shuttle departs within minutes. Upon arrival back at SeaTac, customers call on the courtesy phones located in the shuttle pick-up and drop-off area and our shuttles are there within minutes. See our HOW IT WORKS page.
  • What form of payment do you accept?
    MasterPark accepts all major credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
  • Are reservations required?
    No, but they are encouraged during peak travel periods. SeaTac airport parking is at a premium during any holiday.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Simply click here: RATES & RESERVATIONS. This will walk you through the process and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you immediately.
  • Are your facilities secured?
    Yes, all four of our SeaTac parking facilities are well lighted and enclosed within security fence. In addition, all lots have 24 hour video surveillance and personnel monitoring the grounds around the clock.
  • Where do I pick up the MasterPark shuttle at SeaTac Airport?
    At the transportation shuttle area on level 3, just one level below the sky bridges, islands one or three. A courtesy phone connecting you to lot A, B, C, or our Valet Garage is located at island one or three to directly contact your lot. Just watch for the bright yellow MasterPark shuttle with your Lot A, B, C, or G in the upper-left corner of the windshield.
  • How do I earn my Alaska Airlines Mileage miles?
    Upon check-out be sure to ask the cashier to verify mileage number. If you change licence plates our records will need to be updated. Click here to go to our EARN MILES page.
  • What is the difference between self-park and valet parking?
    Self-parking is time consuming, whereas valet parking is not. You drop your car off and pick it up in the same covered location, saving time and staying dry. With self-parking, you must carry your luggage, with valet parking our valet staff assist you the minute you arrive at our lots, both coming and going, and off and onto the shuttle as well.
